1. Processing Time
All orders are dispatched within 24-48 hours of payment confirmation. We take pride in packing your luxury lipcare safely in our Lucknow facility before handing it over to the courier. Please note that we do not ship on Sundays or public holidays.
2. Delivery Timelines
Standard delivery takes 3-7 business days depending on your pin code. While we strive to get your products to you as quickly as possible, these timelines are conservative estimates to ensure your expectations are met.
3. Courier Partners
We partner with reliable and trusted logistics providers to ensure the safe delivery of your products. Our primary courier partners are Delhivery and Shiprocket.
4. Shipping Costs
We offer a flat shipping rate of ₹50 on all orders below ₹999. Enjoy FREE Shipping on all orders with a cart value of ₹999 or more!
5. Tracking Process
As soon as your box is packed and dispatched, you will receive an email and SMS with your AWB (Airway Bill) tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the courier's website or via our Order Tracking page.
6. Non-Serviceable Areas
If you live in an area that our courier partners do not service, your order will be automatically cancelled, and a full refund will be initiated to your original payment method immediately. We will notify you via email if this occurs.
