1. Account Responsibilities

If someone uses your account to make a fraudulent purchase because of a weak or compromised password, MEHVRAA is not liable for any resulting loss or damages.

2. Product Representation & Color Disclaimer

We make every effort to display the colors of our lip products (e.g., Ambrelle, Brunelle) as accurately as possible. However, because computer monitors and mobile screens vary, we cannot guarantee that your screen's display of any color will be perfectly accurate. The actual product color may vary slightly.

4. Pricing & Order Cancellations

While we strive for accuracy, pricing errors or system glitches may occasionally occur. If a pricing error occurs (e.g., a glitch prices a ₹749 combo at ₹7), we reserve the right to cancel and refund the order at our sole discretion.

Furthermore, MEHVRAA reserves the right to refuse service, limit product quantities, or cancel orders that appear to be placed by unauthorized resellers or bulk-buyers.

5. Intellectual Property

All content included on this site, such as images, branding, text, graphics, logos, and the "MEHVRAA" trademark, is the exclusive property of MEHVRAA. Users are strictly prohibited from scraping our site, copying our designs, or stealing our product photography for their own commercial or personal use.
